Φ2.3mm Solder Core Vibration Resistance Tungsten Carbide Products

The tungsten carbide nozzle designed for 1500-2000μm solder balls has an extremely thin wall thickness of 0.5mm (depth-to-diameter ratio of 1.43), breaking through the bottleneck of deformation and cracking of large-aperture nozzles, and achieving zero-spatter precision spraying under high heat load in high-current welding scenarios such as electric vehicles and industrial power supplies.

Processing difficulties:
Thin-wall sintering deformation control
- Wall thickness is only 0.5mm (outer diameter 3.3mm/inner diameter 2.3mm)
- SPS gradient sintering temperature control ±3℃ (suppress ellipticity deviation)

Deep hole mirror polishing
- Inner hole depth-to-diameter ratio 1.43 (Ra≤0.2μm)
- Customized diamond reamer (feed rate 0.5μm/rpm)

Coaxiality life and death line
- Inner and outer circle coaxiality ±0.005mm (3 times higher than national standard G grade)
- Industrial CT online correction (resolution 2μm)

Thermal stress cracking prevention
- Cobalt phase gradient strengthening (interface stress ↓40%)
- Pulse electrolytic sharp edge treatment (corner collapse risk is zeroed)
